Victor Moran was born in Lima, Peru: he came to the United States in 2001 like any other immigrant with dreams and desires to work. He began at the very bottom mopping floors at hospitals and cleaning dishes at restaurants. His professional career began when Equity Residential contracted him for maintenance and service manager. Since then Victor focused on studying and perfecting his skills that he had learned since Natal Peru. He received certificates, licenses, and recommendations from several companies: Equity Residential, Aimco, Greystar, Lyon living as a Service Manager and now owner of Grey Stone Remodeling. Now Victor with all the experience he acquired he started his own business offering all of his services to the state of Georgia, for services that include interior and exterior remodeling. Certified in Business Management, HVAC Engineer, and remodeling contractor. Victor is an expert in project planning.
